Separate room, property and location
Label each photograph by what it claims to show. Search a distinctive interior and a wider exterior before spending time on generic scenery. Keep the original listing URL and dates of your review.
Check consistency
- Open the accommodation's official page where available.
- Compare room category and layout.
- Check whether images are labelled illustrative.
- Resolve discrepancies through the booking platform.
A resort may legitimately show a premium suite in its gallery even when your chosen rate is for a standard room. The issue is whether the booking makes that distinction clear, not whether the picture appears elsewhere.
Decide from the whole booking
Image search does not verify availability, cancellation terms or who controls a listing. Review those details independently. Keep the result narrow: which image matches which source and whether that supports the room or property you are considering.
Continue with checking source context.
