Search the published variants
Use the headshot versions you actually supplied, including a square crop and any wide crop. Keep a note of which organisations received permission and whether that permission had limits.
Review the context
- Search each owned version.
- Open the full biography or article.
- Check whether role and affiliation are still accurate.
- Record any correction you want the publisher to make.
A conference page may accurately document a past role even after you change jobs. A current sales page implying a new endorsement is a different use. Dates and surrounding text matter.
Make a specific request
Ask for the correction, replacement or removal that addresses the actual issue. Include the exact page URL and avoid sending extra identity documents unless the legitimate process requires them. Search can reveal use of the image; it does not establish the terms of every agreement under which it was published.
