Start with the audit scope
For exact reuse of an avatar, investigate a copy-search service such as TinEye or a general visual tool such as Lens. For other portraits of yourself, review the stated capabilities and terms of likeness-search providers such as PimEyes or Lenso.
Ask four practical questions
- Is the task covered by the provider's permitted use?
- Can you open and verify source pages?
- What happens to uploaded photos?
- What does payment unlock beyond the preview?
A result resembling you may depict somebody else. Keep uncertain candidates separate and do not contact unrelated people based on a similarity score.
Avoid comparing unlike modes
Facehunch's integration uses FaceCheck demo mode. Its restricted results are useful for understanding upload, polling and cleanup, not for comparing the reach of competing indexes. Test any paid alternative using your own documented, permissioned examples and report the limits of that sample.
